Project Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (“University”) is soliciting proposals from a qualified firm to provide an immunization tracking and health record management service designed to facilitate the tracking and management of required vaccinations for students enrolled in health-related institutions of higher education, and for employees working in clinical, hospital and educational settings.
