Provide professional construction management services for the progressive design-build O Street State Parking Garage project in downtown Sacramento, California.
All work shall be performed under and approved by a design professional, or contractor, licensed in the State of California.
The estimated cost of construction is approximately $40,000,000.00.
The estimated duration of this contract is 36 months.
