The City of Georgetown (the “City”) requests Proposals from interested, qualified Respondents capable of providing Merchant Card Processing Services. A full description of the Scope of Work is contained in Exhibit A. The successful proposer (Consultant) must meet all requirements of this RFP, maintain proper licensing, and comply with all federal, state, and local laws and mandates relative to the services specified in this RFP.
All interested Respondents are required to register as a “supplier” on the City’s E-bid System at https://georgetown.ionwave.net/Login.aspx and clicking on “Supplier Registration”. Registration provides automatic access to the solicitation and its documents (specifications, attachments, exhibits), and for any changes to the solicitation including change(s) to the submission time and date.
Sealed proposals may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before August 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud.
