There are (36) rooms and a total of (40) window treatments and (38) door treatments. Each of the two suites have two extra windows and one extra door. ADA lodge rooms 109 & 201 will need motorized shades system on windows to meet ADA code. Additional specifications are included in Attachment A. Site Visit: Each bidder is encouraged to visit the site for measurement verification. A site visit is REQUIRED by the successful vendor; measurements are the responsibility of the contract holder.
