Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide general labor services on an as needed basis at the following MES-operated facilities: the Midshore I Transfer Station and Landfill, the Midshore II Landfill (Midshore II) and the Caroline County Homeowner Dropoff (HODO) facilities. The exact number of laborers requested daily will be at the discretion of the MES Manager from each facility, requested in advance of 18 hours. Workers must be able to communicate in English effectively and orally. The contractor shall provide general labor services for three (3) projects:
