Project Description: The Roswell Downtown Development Authority (the “DDA”), in coordination with the City of Roswell (the “City”), is soliciting qualifications from experienced Investment Sales Advisors, redevelopment advisors, or multidisciplinary advisory teams (each, a “Respondent”) to assist with the strategic developer solicitation and transaction advisory process for the former Independence High School property at 791 Mimosa Boulevard, Roswell, Georgia (the “Site” or “Property”).
