The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to maintain, repair, and inspect the real property vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at Patrick Space Force Base in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation.
The term “VTE” includes equipment such as freight and passenger elevators, escalators, and may include wheelchair/stair lifts, dock levelers, and dumbwaiters.
