Summary Details
The City of Richmond (the “ City ”) is inviting proponents to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of Dell Servers, including support and maintenance (the “ Requirements ”), as described in this RFQ.
The City intends to award a single Contract to the delivery and performance of the Work and encourages each Bidder to submit Quotations on that basis. However, the City may, in considering Quotations received, award separate Contracts for portions of the Work to one (1) or more Bidders and, accordingly, pursuant to Section 4.5h) of this RFQ reserves its right to do so.
By submitting quotation to this RFQ, the proponent agrees to the City's standard terms and conditions as set forth in this RFQ.
