Cell Tower Management Services

The City of Winter Park ("City") is soliciting responses from qualified firms to provide comprehensive management services for the City’s existing wireless communications infrastructure portfolio, consisting of three (3) cell towers and one (1) monopole. The selected Respondent will administer existing lease and license agreements, optimize asset performance, identify and pursue new revenue opportunities, and negotiate agreements with commercial wireless carriers and other authorized users under a revenue-sharing compensation structure.

The purpose of this engagement is to maximize revenue generation from the City's telecommunications assets while ensuring effective lease administration, market competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and the strategic expansion of wireless licensing opportunities.
