INVITATION FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
CITY OF MALDEN
The City of Malden invites sealed price, and non-priced proposals, in accordance with M.G.L. c.30B, §6, from Vendors for:
CITYWIDE COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING CONSULTANT SERVICE
Qualified comprehensive and land use planning consultants are asked to submit proposals to conduct a comprehensive planning process in accordance with M.G.L. c.41 §81D.
Proposals will be received
until 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at the Office of Strategic Planning and Community Development, 215 Pleasant Street, 3
rd
Floor, Malden, MA 02148. Proposals will not be accepted nor may submitted proposals be corrected, modified or withdrawn after the deadline for proposals.
