Description:
The City of Marion is seeking sealed bids for the replacement of (27) second-floor windows at the Marion Opera House, a building listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Replacement windows must be aluminum-clad and match existing windows in style, color, and profile. Contractor will replace damaged woodwork and trim as needed, matching all existing materials and trim. All work must meet state and local codes & comply with historic preservation standards.
