Scope of Services
The project consists of complete street improvements along W. Voorhis Avenue from S. Clara Avenue east to S. Woodland Boulevard. Work includes roadway narrowing, construction of a 14-foot-wide sidewalk on the north side and a 10-foot-wide sidewalk on the south side, ADA curb ramps, installation of new drainage structures and culverts, modification of existing drainage structures, adjustment of existing utility manhole lids to proposed grade, signing and pavement markings, traffic signal modifications, landscape and hardscape features, and sodding of disturbed areas.
