Summary

This project's Pre-Bid Meeting is mandatory

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the MacMillan Pier Switchgear Replacement , in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as defined herein. The Contract Documents are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement.

Background

All Bids for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of MA, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30, §39M. It is anticipated that the procurement period will begin after the Notice of Award, and the work will begin on or after OCTOBER 6, 2025. The project is anticipated to be substantially completed on or before May 1, 2026.
