Description

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source modification to an existing contract under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 to increase Agile Management and Support (AMaS). The Government has determined that increased work to be performed by TRIAEM on the AMaS contract represents a logical follow-on to the original order in the interest of economy and efficiency. This action will not include a modification to the Period of Performance of the contract. Therefore, no competition is being sought at this time.

The sole source modification to the AMaS contract will provide NGA with the ability to scale the level of support commensurate with the growth in development activity within development efforts. The ceiling increase to AMaS will be used to add contract capacity for additional Agile Management Teams (AMT), Release Train Management (RTM) teams, and new Strategic Facilitation and Communication (SFC) teams. The SFC function will account for unifying services that tie project level agile management activities to Program Manager and Director level communications needs.

This is a special notice prepared in accordance with FAR 5.2 and is not a request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will not be posted. However, any firm that believes it can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer no later than 4:00 pm EST on Wednesday July 30, 2025. Responses must be in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirement. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Responses are required to be sent via email to Heather.M.Nikiforakis@nga.mil and Holley.A.Krukowski@nga.mil.
