The City of Waterbury is seeking qualified design-build teams, mechanical contractors, and propane system specialists to submit proposals for the complete design, permitting, furnishing, installation, testing, commissioning, and warranty of a new propane-fired heating system at The Western Hills Golf Course Repair Shop located at 742 Park Road, Waterbury, CT.
There will be a Mandatory Information Session with respect to this RFP on September 22, 2026 at 10:00AM, Western Hills Golf Course Repair Shop, 742 Park Road, Waterbury, CT . ATTENDANCE AND ON-TIME SIGN-IN AT THE Information Session IS MANDATORY. THOSE LATE/NOT ATTENDING WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL.
