Description
From 1999 to present, LFES has been using the FDM Records Management System (RMS). This application is the main entry point for all operational data. Historically, FDM has been the application that houses all incident, inspection, permit, property, asset management, medical, personnel and billing data. In addition, there are multiple integrations that provide data import and/or export to external systems. In some instances, FDM is no longer the primary source of data, for example inspections, but does house historical data.
Due to the age of the software, LFES is looking to replace the current RMS with a system capable of meeting current business needs and support the development and desired future operational and administrative goals of the department.
