42445 - Electrical Services

The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified and experienced electrical contractors licensed in the state of Florida. Contractors must have expertise in water control structures and electrical systems of varying sizes and voltages utilized in both indoor and outdoor environments. Services will include emergency troubleshooting and routine electrical repairs on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the Agreement (the “Work”).

Work will be authorized through the issuance of Work Orders, each of which will include a definitive statement of work detailing the required services. The estimated annual budget for all work is $45,000, and the combined not-to-exceed amount for the initial term is $135,000. The Agreement may be renewed for up to two additional 12-month terms upon the mutual written agreement of both parties. The estimated budget is an estimate only and does not limit the District in awarding the Agreement. Funding for each applicable fiscal year is subject to District Governing Board budgetary appropriation.
