Valleybrook Road (S.R. 3029) Storm Sewer Improvements

Project Description: Sealed bids will be received through PennBid™ by Borough of Chester Heights for Valleybrook Road (S.R. 3029) Storm Sewer Improvements, until 10:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 18th day of November 2024, at which time and place they will be opened and the bid results posted on PennBid™. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the State where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
The proposed project includes the replacement of a storm sewer pipe and associated improvements.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
