TRANSFORMER PURCHASES

The City of Groton, Department of Utilities are requesting price and delivery quotes for “transformer purchases” in accordance with the following specifications and information. Sealed Proposal for the above work will be received at the office of the Department of Utilities, 295 Meridian St, Groton, Connecticut 06340 until 2:00 P.M., prevailing time, on May 27, 2026. Copies of the Contract Documents are available from the City of Groton or CTSource websites. Modifications to the Contract Documents will be made only by written Addenda, duly issued by City of Groton - Groton Utilities. Addenda, if issued, will be posted to the City of Groton and CTSource websites no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids. Bid modifications and withdrawal are allowed up to the time of bid opening.
