Bids on the referenced project will be received by the County Administrator in the Greene County Administration Building, 40 Celt Road, Stanardsville, Virginia 22973 until 2:00 P.M., local prevailing time, Thursday, September 18 2025, and then publicly opened.
Bids may be withdrawn using the procedure set forth in Virginia Code § 2.2-4330 B.1.
The project will consist of the following work:

11,475 feet of 24-inch raw water main piping,
-
43 feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe under Fredericksburg Road using jack and bore methods,
-
51 feet of 48-inch steel casing pipe under Westover Drive using open cut methods, and
-
Related incidental work.
The County will award the contract on a lump sum bid basis.
