Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/consulting firms to provide leadership development services to support the launch of the City’s management development program and leadership curriculum, on an as and when required basis. Work will include the delivery of custom content and resources in both the management development program and leadership curriculum, development of videos for use in the management development program, and design of custom content for delivery by internal City learning facilitators.
