ROAD DE-ICING SALT
For the use of the Mercer County Engineer, City of Celina & Village of Coldwater
The Board of Commissioners of Mercer County, Ohio will accept sealed bids in accordance with
Section 307.86 of the Ohio Revised Code on the following item:
ROAD DE-ICING SALT
2026-2027 WINTER SEASON
Sealed bids will be received by the Board until 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, on July
23, 2026 in the office of the Mercer County Commissioners located at 220 West Livingston Street,
Room A201, Celina, Ohio, 45822 for supplying the above item for the use of the Mercer County
Engineer, the City of Celina and the Village of Coldwater. Sealed bids shall be in writing.
Specifications and bid forms may be obtained from the Mercer County Engineer, 4884 Mud Pike,
Celina, Ohio 45822.
This Contract will be in effect from the award of the bid until no later than April 30, 2027.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Savings Time, July 23, 2026 in the Office of the
Mercer County Commissioners.
The Board of Commissioners of Mercer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to
waive any irregularities when the same are to the advantage of the County.
