| Description: | Purchase and provide all labor and materials necessary to provide electronic monitoring technology for DCYF/JR young people participating in Community Transition Services (CTS) and Functional Family Parole (FFP). CTS is a legislatively mandated program that is JR’s least restrictive option for eligible young people to complete their residential obligation in the community while on electronic monitoring. FFP is a parole aftercare model that provides therapeutic supports, supervision conditions. |
