Scope of Services
It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to engage with a successful Bidder(s) to purchase precision

high voltage test equipment.
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is requesting a fixed price for one (1) precision high voltage

capacitance and power/dissipation factor (tan delta) measurement module for use with KUA`s

existing OMICRON CPC100 test system. The requested module shall be an OMICRON CP TD12

Testing Module, Configuration P0007160, or equivalent, and shall include a transport case, cables,

accessories. Shipping/freight shall be priced separately as identified in Exhibit A, Pricing Sheet.
