The Johnson County Museum, a department of the Johnson County Park & Recreation District (JCPRD), seeks proposals from qualified exhibit design, fabrication, and installation firms for a phased refresh of its interactive children’s exhibit, KidScape.
KidScape provides opportunities for children and accompanying adults to learn through imaginative play, shared exploration, and interaction with environments inspired by Johnson County history and community life. The purpose of this project is to update selected KidScape environments over three phases, strengthen connections between play and historical learning, provide new opportunities for children and families to engage together, and address operational and visitor-experience needs within the space.
