Specialized Research and Advising for Marketing Leadership

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of independent marketing research and benchmarking data and associated advisory services from Gartner as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. Gartner possesses proprietary content specifically around marketing research and benchmarking data. OSU seeks access to this proprietary data, only available through Gartner, and associated advising services around that proprietary data and information. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
