**********14 Feb 2025 Update**********

Government responses to the questions and comments from the 04-05 Feb 2025 DPG site visit and pre-solicitation conference are attached (in part) along with a summary of information provided by applicable DPG leadership. The Government will seek to update a complete list of Q&A on/around 21 Feb 2025. This will include the few remaining pending responses due as a result of the DRFP as well.

It is acknowledged this post does not include referenced briefing charts from the event. The Government continues to coordinate release of that information and will post as soon as it's available.

All parties are reminded that responses and requirements are subject to change pending final RFP issuance.

Government responses to the questions and comments received as part of the 08 Jan 2025 DRFP package posting are attached. It is acknowledged there are five (5) "placeholder" comments for questions remaining for Government action and response, with a subsequent posting herein anticipated on/about 07 Feb 2025 to complete all responses.

The Presolicitation Notice herein is to:

1. Post the Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the DPG, WDTC MSS follow-on acquisition. DRFP and noted DRFP attachments, attached.


2. Request interested vendors and/or potential offerors that all questions, comments, feedback tied to the DRFP shall be returned to the MICC TSC Points of Contact (POC) identified via the noted Request for Information (RFI) format at pg. 2 of the DRFP by 5:00 PM EST 24 Jan 2025.


3. Invite all interested vendors and/or potential offerors to an Industry Day/Pre-Solicitation Conference and Site Visit at DPG 04-05 Feb 2025. Agenda and DPG Visitor Guide attached.


4. Require registration for the Industry Day/Pre-Sol Conference & Site Visit by 5:00 PM EST 28 Jan 2025 via the instructions set forth below. DPG WDTC MSS Industry Day Registration Form attached.
