A-Dec Inc., an other than small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for supply of dental equipment deinstall and installation services at Reynolds Army Health Center’s, Allen Dental Clinic, Fort Sill, OK 73503. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 339114, and the size standard is 700 Personnel.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
