The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals for Unemployment Insurance (UI) Appeals Mentoring and Support Services.
To reduce backlog, TWC’s Commission Appeals (CA) department requires highly experienced, expert Unemployment Insurance Higher Authority Appeals Program Mentors for Reviewing Attorneys (RA’s), as well as to make and administer training recommendations/assistance based on review of RA work product.
PHS will administer the procurement process for this Solicitation, which includes Solicitation publication, handling of communications from vendors, as well as managing the receipt of Bids for review and evaluation.
