UPDATED: Solicitation Amendment 0001 - "The purpose of this amendment is to modify the solicitation requirements as follows: (a) Increase the estimated quantity for CLINs 0006, 1006, 2006, 3006, and 4006 from 10,000 gallons to 17,000 gallons; and (b) Establish CLINs 0033, 1033, 2033, 3033, and 4033 to incorporate services for the Ice Harbor Pump House Pump-Off Septic Tanks, with an estimated quantity of 11,000 gallons per Period of Performance. All other terms, conditions, and provisions remain unchanged."

UPDATED: Solicitation Amendment 0002 - "The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation from August 5, 2026 at 5PM PDT to August 12, 2026 at 2PM PDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged."

UPDATED: Solicitation Amendment 0003 - "The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to modify the following: (1), the Period of Performance start date for the base year is hereby shifted from 1 August 2026 to 1 September 2026; (2), the official nomenclature for Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) 0033, 1033, 2033, 3033, and 4033 are updated to read "Ice Harbor Power House" in lieu of "Ice Harbor Pump House"; (3), the unit quantities for CLINs 0003, 1003, 2003, 3003, and 4003 are reduced from a quantity of two (2) to a quantity of one (1) to reflect a consolidated Job; (4), many CLINs with unit of measures (UOM) of 'Job' were updated to a UOM of 'Each'; (5), Bidder Inquiry Key located within the Instructions to Offerors is updated to the current active key; and (6), the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is revised to align with the CLINs and clarify language. Finally, the solicitation deadline has been extended from August 12, 2026 at 2PM PDT to August 19, 2026 at 2PM PDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged."

UPDATED: Solicitation Amendment 0004 - "The purpose of this amendment is to add applicable Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination 2015-5527 (Rev. 29) and to update SCA wage determination 2015-5561 with its new revision (Rev. 31). This amendment also clarifies the descriptions for CLINs 0016, 1016, 2016, 3016, and 4016 within the pricing schedule. Finally, the offer due date is extended from 19 August 2026 at 2PM to 21 August 2026 at 2PM. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged."
