THE PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND THE PROJECT MANUAL – Bid Documents (Downes Project Manual, SP+A Plans and Specs) may ONLY be obtained by contacting Downes Construction Co., LLC 200 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT at wethersfieldlibrary@downesco.com Bidding Documents are expected to be available on or before Wednesday, March 18, 2026 via Smartbid email notification. Notice of Addenda will be sent to all vendors who downloaded the bid through SmartBid that was received from Downes. Bid due dates may be subject to change via addendum. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project Site on Wednesday, March 25th @ 9:00 am. Bidder attendance is strongly encouraged but is not mandatory.
