Subj: Source Sought Announcement

This is a sources sought/synopsis announcement issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) National Capital Region (NCR) as part of its market research, on behalf of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Clinic (WRNMMC), 8901 Wisconsin Avenue Building 54 Bethesda, MD 20889, in accordance with FAR Part 13.303, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and FAR 16.7, Agreements. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price, for commercial items for the procurement of consumables for 3D printers: J7XX, F123, and J5Medijet.

Currently, TriMech Solutions LLC, 4991 Lake Brook Drive, Suite 300 Glen Allen, VA 23060, United States., is an authorized reseller for consumables that are compatible with the J7XX, F123, and J5MediJet. The NAICS code is 339113 Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing, with a size standard of 4,018. Federal Supply Class or Product Service Codes such as: 6640 - Laboratory Equipment and Supplies.

This source sought announcement is a request for information ONLY to be used for preliminary market research information and planning purposes only. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no Request for Quote or Solicitation available for competitive proposals at the present time. Phone calls will not be accepted. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
