Walk-behind Commercial Roadway Line Striper - Request for Bid
Project Overview:
The City of Winooski is requesting bids from vendors to furnish a commercial-grade walk-
behind line striper for roadway and parking lot use.

Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at which time they
will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above-stated time and date
will not be considered.

The City of Winooski reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, waive
any informalities, and accept the bid deemed in the City's best interest, regardless of price.

Specifications:
* Motor: Battery-powered, 72V or greater. Provide two (2) batteries
* Ability to spray traffic marking paint including water-based (acrylic latex)
* Maximum paint delivery: 0.75 GPM or greater
* Maximum operating pressure: 3300 psi or greater
* Maximum tip size: 0.027"
* Removable gun for stenciling capabilities
* Large 16-inch or greater pneumatic tires
* Included accessories: airless gun, line striping tip, 50 ft or more of airless hose (1/4" diameter or
greater), and battery charger.

The UNDERSIGNED hereby proposes to provide a new walk-behind line striper within 30-days
for the following price in accordance with the above specifications (or with exception as noted)
