Skayl Phenom Software Software

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICTATION. ACC-RSA has a sole source requirement for Skayl’s Phenom Software with SKAY LLC IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15). SKAYL LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirment of the Skayl Phenom Software. Skayl PHENOM is the ecosystem for development, review, validation, and

tracing of data, integration, and deployments models. Leveraging Skayl’s Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE) Conformant Domain Specific Data Model (DSDM) in model construction increases interoperability across other systems and domain via previously modeled interfaces. This item utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 513210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. ACC-RSA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the Government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. Phone calls will not be accepted.
