Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), Albany State University is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance on both the East and West Campus locations of Albany State University, per the attached Bid Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Albany, Georgia, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications.  All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.  Prospective bidders should only contact the Albany State University Procurement Office regarding this solicitation.
Services are to start on February 1, 2025.
Please note that there is a Mandatory Bidder¿s Conference.  The Conference begins promptly at 10:00AM on 11/15/2024. Meeting location is at the Facilities Management Headquarters located on College Drive, East Campus, Albany, GA 31705.
This solicitation is to establish an agency contract for Albany State University.  The initial term of the contract and any renewal options shall be in accordance with the Agency Contract Cover Sheet.
AWARD TYPE:
Single Preferred but Split-Award Possible: The primary intent of this RFQ is to identify a single source (lowest priced, responsive and responsible supplier) to provide all of the needed goods and/or services; however, Albany State University reserves the right to make split awards.
