Synopsis:
|
|
A. THE DELIVERABLES
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from proponents for the supply of a range of air filters and filter media types and sizes for a three-year period.
Exact volume of product and service to be supplied are not known at this time however, pricing structures need to be established so that requests for services may be placed as soon as they are required. All services and goods will be requested on an as-needed basis.
Filters will be ordered by individual schools on an “as and when” required basis from the successful proponent at the contracted prices during the term of the agreement arising from this RFP.
