1. Purpose
The City of Owasso, d/b/a Bailey Ranch Golf Club, is requesting quotations from

2. Scope of Work
The successful vendor shall provide:
* GPS fleet management hardware for 73 Yamaha Drive2 QuieTech EFI golf cars
* Professional installation and system configuration
* Cloud-based fleet management software
* Cart-mounted touchscreen display (if included with the proposed system)
* Mobile and web-based management portal
* System testing and commissioning
* Staff training
* Technical support
* Manufacturer warranty
3. Minimum Technical Requirements
The proposed system shall be fully compatible with Yamaha Drive2 QuieTech EFI fleet

4. Pricing

The City of Owasso reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, waive informalities,
