Engineering Services - Housatonic River Greenway Extension - Phase 3

The Town of Stratford is seeking to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm to provide engineering services for the preparation of contract plans and documents for the following transportation project. The project proposes to construct a road diet on Route 130 to accommodate the multi-use trail on the east side of the road, as well as sidewalks on both sides of the road. The project will also consist of drainage improvements, ornamental lighting, and traffic signal pedestrian equipment improvements, including a conceptual design phase to explore the potential for a portion of the project to follow Minor Avenue and Housatonic Avenue instead of Route 130. The Consulting Engineering firm selected may also be required to provide survey, prepare environmental documents and perform construction inspection and management. ***DO NOT SUBMIT BIDS ELECTRONICALLY***
