Prequalification: University Tower Sub-Basement TSB102 – Disaster Recovery Room
The project consists of, but is not limited to, the upgrading of the existing fire suppression system serving existing Data Room TSB102 to a clean agent suppression system. Upgrade includes conversion of a portion of the existing wet system to a ‘pre-action’ system, and related upgrades to the electrical, mechanical, fire protection and fire alarm systems. Applicants must be pre-qualified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
