Add The Site Visit Attendee List (Attachment H) and Reference Drawings (Attachment I). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SOLICTATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to extend RFI due date to August 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST and to extend the proposal due date to August 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. SOLICITATION IS HEREBY AMENDED to publish the final Government responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and to make requisite changes to the Solicitation. THIS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WILL BE A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE, DESIGN-BID-BUILD CONTRACT PROCURED VIA A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) IN ACCORDANCE WITH RFO 15 AND THE TRADEOFF SOURCE SELECTION PROCESS.THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE RFP UNDER NAICS CODE 237990. THE SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD FOR THIS NAICS CODE IS $45,000,000.00.
