Description: This requirement is for one, U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO), NAVAIR certified, vessel with ramp door and main deck height of 20 feet or more, capable of carrying a minimum of 105,444 of military cargo (CV-22 & MV-22 AIRCRAFT). a minimum laden speed of 15 knots.
