Replace boilers, chillers, pumps, piping, controls, and all related equipment in the central plant. Upgrade the electrical service and provide emergency backup power. Replace related HVAC controls and devices in campus buildings and improve condensate, ventilation, and communication systems in the utility tunnel. Provide heating and cooling service for the New Engineering Building. Add capacity and expand the plant as needed to house additional equipment. Demolish the coal boiler, baghouse, brick stack, and other obsolete coal equipment. Project includes all related work. |
