Tenant Space Proposal **EXTENDED**

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

DUE DATE EXTENSION

The due date for receiving proposals for a food & beverage vendor for the future City Hall building has been extended until May 15, 2025, at 4:00 PM, EST.

The City of Cleveland will accept sealed Proposals for a food & beverage vendor to lease a tenant space in the future City Hall building at 44 Inman Street.    Proposals will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., EST, May 15, 2025, at the Cleveland Municipal Building, 190 Church Street, NE Cleveland, TN, 37311.    Any proposal received after the date and time specified will not be considered.

All Proposals must be sealed and plainly marked “TENANT SPACE PROPOSAL “and mailed or delivered to the City of Cleveland, Attention:  Kristi Powers, 190 Church Street, NE, Cleveland, TN 37311.

The City of Cleveland, Tennessee, through its Council Members, reserves the right to reject any/and or all proposals, to waive any formalities and informalities in the proposals received, and to accept any proposal which in its opinion may be in the best interest of the City of Cleveland.
