Plants Dam Rehabilitation / Reconstruction (CT Dam ID#4520)
The Town of East Lyme is requesting bids for a CT DEEP STEAP Funded Project (No. DEPA00028201402). The rehabilitation and reconstruction of an existing concrete dam (CT Dam ID#4520), known as Plants Dam, located at 475 Boston Post Road (Route 1) in East Lyme, Connecticut. Sealed bids will be received by the Town’s Engineering Office, 108 Pennsylvania Avenue, Niantic CT, 06357 until 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 10, 2026, after which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A Pre-Bid Site Meeting will occur on Tuesday March 31, 2026 at 10 am the intersection of Plants Dam Road and Route 1 (Boston Post Road).
