This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond (if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** The scope of this project includes the replacement of the indoor furnace and air conditioning unit, packaged terminal air conditioning units, and exhaust fan combination units. Also included in this project is an upgrade to the electrical infrastructure and lighting of the building. A new main distribution panel will be provided and all panelboards. All lighting fixtures will be replaced with LED fixtures in accordance with Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) Handbook, IESNA Recommended Practices, etc.
