Project Description: Jordan Basin Improvement District (JBID) is requesting bids from qualified vendors who are able to provide janitorial and cleaning services for the District Office, Collections Maintenance buildings and Jordan Basin Water Reclamation Facility (JBWRF) Administration and Maintenance buildings.
The District’s Office is located at 1253 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah. The Collections West Shop is located at 1187 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah. The Collections East Shop is located at 1145 West Jordan Basin Lane, Bluffdale, Utah. The JBWRF is located at 13826 South Jordan Basin Lane, Riverton, Utah. A map showing the site and buildings is included in Part D of these documents.
