The City of Spokane Solid Waste Disposal Waste to Energy Facility (WTEF), 2900 S. Geiger Blvd, Spokane, WA 99224-5400, is initiating this Invitation To Bid to solicit Bids from vendors who have a proven ability to provide spec’d Bag House Fabric Filter Tapered Bags, As Needed Over Five-Year Period.
Resulting Value Blanket Order would be for a five-year (5) year period beginning DECEMBER 1, 2025 through NOVEMBER 30, 2030.
Orders would be placed as needed during five-year period, and payment would only be made for actual orders placed delivered, and accepted.
