The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for 3.5 miles of shared use path along Summerlin Parkway. Improvements also include trail pavement, fencing, retaining walls, lighting, City fiber conduit, signing, striping, utility work, grading and earthwork, and landscaping.
This project is funded by the State Transportation and Federal Enhancement Funds; certain Federal Regulations apply as specified herein. FEDERAL PROJECT NO.
