Project Description: The Borough of Birdsboro will receive sealed bids online for the milling and paving of various streets as delineated in the specifications and plans. Online sealed bids are to be submitted via the PennBid Program before May 14, 2026 at 10:00AM at which time they will be opened. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 7, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Borough Hall, 202 East Main Street, Birdsboro, PA.
