This contract is subject to state spending allocation goals and contract compliance requirements. Bidders must hold a current DAS Prequalification Certificate for GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP B) and submit a copy of DAS Prequalification Certificate & Update (Bid) Statement with Bids pursuant to CGS §4b-91. Bid Deposit: 5% Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: March 26, 2026 at 4:00 PM. Meet at the front entrance of Rippowam Middle School, located at 381 High Ridge Rd, Stamford, CT 06905. Project Manager: Josh Noggle, Building Systems Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
